Picked up a 2017 Ford mustang GT . Great car, great experience, great customer service!
I would give less than 1 star but cannot. I scheduled an appointment to look at a vehicle and received several reminders, even a e-mail that morning letting me know the salesperson had set aside time to give me the attention I need. After driving 35 miles and almost a hour of my time I was informed that the salesperson was not in. I was then informed the specific vehicle was sold the day before. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time and money or be fooled by the commercial you see on t.v. Griffin Ford does not care about you.UPDATE - the manager called me and was very apologetic about what happened. He explained some things and I can understand some of what happened. I am willing to work with them but am only moving my review a little till there is some physical action on their part and not just talk.
