We had an easy and pleasant experience buying our 2019 Ford Explorer Platinum at Griffin Ford. Never felt pressured or rushed. We felt that the deal was a good one-they gave us a better trade-in value on our 2016 Lexus RX than Lexus of Brookfield was willing to do. Glen Pavlovich is a fabulous sales consultant-very relaxed and knowledgeable. We certainly would consider Griffin for our automotive needs.
I visited Griffin to purchase a used vehilce. I had the pleasure of Dealing with Nick Griffin. He was great. He was there on days off to help. Vehicle had some little things that needed attention and Nick was there every step of the way to see it through! I have had my share of used car dealership experiences. This was a good one. The staff there was not pushy didn't crowd like all other dealer does when you pull on the lot. I cannot say enough about Nick.
