Great service told me about a recall and fixed it while I was getting an oil change. In and out quick.

2 days before Thanksgiving, my car wouldn't start. I had a new battery put in (somewhere else) a year ago, so I figured it must be something else. It started when we jumped it, but died again. Griffin Ford was booked up til the following week, so I called around. Everyone was booked solid. So I called Griffin back, and they said to bring it in and they'd try to look at it when they had time. It did end up being the battery, which I could get replaced for free where I bought it. So Griffin held onto my car for a couple of days and jumped it so I could get it to the other place. I really appreciated their extra care and their honesty! I've always had good service here.

I have not purchased a car in 22 years due to the awful, high pressure sales people used back then. My Explorer ran great but was getting old.Family told me to trade her in on something newer and after looking on Carfax, found it, 2017 Ford Escape Titanium located at Griffin Ford in Waukesha. After a great conversation, test drive and NO pressure, I MADE MY DECISION April 5th 2019. Thank you Sales Rep. Tony Miller, Used Car Mgr. Fred and Finance Mgr. Chris. All of you treated me with kindness, respect and truth! I LOVE my April, that's her name now.
